Coffea Arabica, originating in Yemen, derives its name from “Qahwa Arabiyah”. For centuries, Yemen was the world’s only source of coffee which was exported from the Port of Al Makha. This permanently lent the name “Mocha” to the coffee of Yemeni origin. Burhani bunn is farmed using traditional farming methods- it is planted, picked & sorted by hand & is sun-dried to preserve the best of nature. Burhani bunn is single-origin coffee purchased from traders in principal markets in the form of dried coffee cherries, & dry-processed in our mill in Sana’a. Our policy of purchasing only dried coffee cherries guarantees the Mocha Coffee consists of 100% authentic Yemeni coffee.

Roast: Medium Dark Tasting Notes: Fruity flavor with brown sugar, coconut, and grapes; mellow and sweet with fruit acidity. Recommended brewing method: Espresso, Drip Filter, French Press or any method you prefer to brew your coffee.
